SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Since many of our products are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and another email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. ShopMHL is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can work quickly to resolve the issue.
